Terms of Sale

1. Seller and payment processing

Telari is an independent software brand run by a sole proprietor (“we”, “us”). Purchases are completed through our payment partner. The checkout page names the Merchant of Record for your transaction, which may be Paddle.com Market Ltd or Dodo Payments Inc. The Merchant of Record collects payment, issues the invoice, calculates and remits applicable VAT / sales tax, and processes refunds under §6. Your payment details are handled by the payment partner; Telari never sees or stores your card or wallet details.

The price shown at checkout is the final price; whether it includes tax depends on your region and is stated at checkout. Prices and currencies are as shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time; changes never affect Licenses you have already bought.

2. What you get

Each purchase corresponds to one activation key. The key grants you a personal, perpetual, non-transferable license to activate and use the Pro features of the corresponding product on up to 5 Macs you own or control at the same time. You can deactivate a device in the app to free a slot.

One-time purchase, lifetime updates: a License is paid once, with no subscription or annual fee, and includes every future update we publish for that product at no extra cost.

Activation needs a network connection once, to verify the key and issue this machine’s license credential; after that the app works fully offline. Keys are not region-locked: a key bought anywhere, in any currency, works anywhere.

A Spola Pro License includes Telari Pro: a Spola Pro key activates both Spola Pro and Telari Pro, with nothing extra to buy. If you already own Telari Pro you can upgrade: enter your Telari key and order email on the Spola Pro purchase page, and the checkout price is reduced by the Telari Pro list price in that currency, so you pay only the difference. After payment your existing key also activates Spola Pro — no new key, and devices already activated stay activated. Each key can be upgraded once; if the upgrade order is refunded the key returns to Telari Pro.

iOS / iPadOS versions (if released) are sold separately and are not included in a Mac License.

3. Free trial

Telari offers a 14-day free trial of the Pro features. The trial starts only when you click to confirm, requires no payment details, and reverts to the free tier when it ends — nothing is charged automatically. One trial per device.

4. Public beta and early-bird pricing

Products in public beta (for example the Spola beta) are provided free of charge. A beta build carries no License; continuing to use Pro features after the beta ends requires a purchase.

Users of Telari or Spola during the public-beta period are eligible for an early-bird discount when sales open; the discount and its deadline will be announced together with the launch.

5. Delivery and recovery

After payment, your activation key is emailed within minutes to the address you entered at checkout; check your spam folder if it has not arrived. If you lose your key, email support@telari.app from the address used at checkout and we will resend it.

6. Refunds

Within 14 days of purchase you may request a full refund for any reason: email support@telari.app with your order number, or contact the payment partner named at checkout directly. After a refund the key is revoked; activated devices return to the free tier the next time they check in (on activation, deactivation, or “refresh license”).

Requests after 14 days are considered case by case. Refunds are returned by the payment partner to the original payment method; timing depends on that method.

7. Fair use and revocation

Keys are for the purchaser’s own use. We may revoke a key that is publicly distributed or resold, or whose order is subject to a fraudulent chargeback. Revocation does not affect rights you have under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (for this purpose excluding the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, the Macao SAR and Taiwan), without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer with more favourable mandatory rights under the law of your place of residence, those rights are unaffected.
